At Star Wars™ Fine Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your galactic treasure; if you are not, you may return your eligible purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact and accompanied by original packaging and certificates.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack your jewelry in its original presentation box and place it inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and certificates.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt; once received at our command center, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
